Our online ordering system is easy to use and designed to make the online
ordering process as simple and straightforward as possible.
Click on the Online Orders Custom Log-in option above and you will be directed to our online ordering system. You must be an account holder in order to be able to place orders online. If you have difficulties accessing your account contact us at sales@palacechemicals.co.uk or telephone 01514866101.
Once you have accessed our catalogue, you can browse the sections to identify the products you wish to purchase. Click on each section heading to show the products within that category.
When the products are displayed, you will see the description of the product and pricing information. To download a technical sheet, click on 'technical data', to view a larger image click on the image itself. To order the product enter the quantity you wish to purchase and click on Add to Basket.
You will then see that Your Basket at the top of the screen will show the items waiting to be purchased.
Once you have finished with your ordering, click on Your Basket and you will see a summary of your order.
Click Proceed to Checkout and follow the instructions given to complete your order. |
